TL;DR: 1. Let's agree on a common set of standard theme variables and their names to get "interoperability for free". 2. Nest these abstractions and call it a graph. --- If this comes across as slightly negative, this might b

I use the Ultimate Hacking Keyboard [1], that despite it’s childish name, is the most solid keyboard I have owned so far~. It comes with a GUI (built with angular [2]) to configure the key map / layers. This makes it extremely fast and

I don’t disagree, but I will add that copying proven patterns without an understanding of the core mechanics will only carry you for a short distance. Very similar to how one could be very productive by glueing together stackoverflow snippe

This is to UX/IxD literature what „just add water“ meals are to cooking. A collection of patterns you can copy. To really make it worth while you‘d have to look behind the presented patterns and ask why they work (and when they won‘t).

Bought a couple of the old base level minis for a DTP shop back then (more RAM / IO bound than CPU). They allowed for installing 16GB of cheap commodity RAM and 2x 2.5” drives which netted you a decent 1.5 TB Fusion Drive. Good days. T

I would think that this kind of data collection is already illegal, at least with installs in the EU. GDPR mandates that the collected data is either directly required to render the desired service or explicit and revokable consent must be
