If I took a job with the expectation that I would, at least some day, set foot in an office, then I think it's unreasonable to ask them to foot the bill for my commute, lunches, etc.

Easy to say, but you try having someone file tax returns on your behalf, order debit cards in your name, etc, and then not feel like he's deserving of a little "street justice".

If I have no choice but to get my coffee at a Starbucks, I will always order a "brewed coffee". The order is filled by the order-taker and therefore not subject to any of this barrista bullshit..
