What a silly thing to say. It's been less than what four decades since the US experienced rapid inflation during the oil embargo? These last few years of incredibly stable USD may have clouded your judgment, and this idea that we can j

For the most parts our votes count for less because we live in states like NY and CA which get two senators despite staggeringly larger populations than the vast majority of states. This also means in Presidential elections our votes count

Perl is notorious for being great for text parsing which seems relevant to a search engines needs. I've heard good things about the newest versions of Perl but have not played with them at all.

Oh yea I'm a huge privacy advocate and wouldn't set a foot in a place like that either. Although it's getting harder and harder it seems. Was just commenting that you get more than a 4 dollar latte.

But would a years worth of chai latte's, or 4 be worth it? It's certainly not a one off as apparently they have limits for per hour and per day.

Couldn't you buy an iPhone 7 for a lot cheaper? And my plan's not 80/month at Sprint, I think it's 63 a month with insurance for my phone through Assurion. I mean, still a lot of money for a watch you want, but I don

I imagine a lot of the reason they mix vendirs products together has to do with logistics. If seller A sends 100 units of product X to the East Coast and seller B 100 units of product X to the West Coast it has to be immeasurably easier to

This seems misguided to me. For one, even if you take the 6tn total cost for these two wars you're talking about 330bn a year for 17 years. A staggering sum to be certain, but the USG's expenditures measure in the trillions annual

I see a lot of talk here about what we could have done with the money instead, which is fine. It's good to be able to reason about your mistakes and missteps. My question is, now that we're here, what do we do now? Pulling out of

Perhaps you could discount the results based on county or state migration records? Although it seems plausible some families might move to places with better care which might affect how you weight your values.
