Whatever happened to Reality Labs acquisition of CTRL labs? I was really excited with their prototype wrist keyboard but haven't seen much mention of it. Went as far as researching developing my own but it such a different field. I hop

Slightly, it feels... hivemind-y? Working at a company I identify most with my direct colleagues/team, less so with wider orgs. Feels comparable to what I felt during high school "pep rallies". Hackeroni sounds like a pasta,

Ah, I relate with some of these. Though, most of it has just been intermittent annoyances. There are things I've been able to do with X and xdotool I wouldn't have been able to do on Windows. GUI conventions have all been sane, bu

Which parts are a mess? I don't think I could use Linux if it weren't for Linux Mint/Cinnamon specifically, as I haven't had good experiences with other desktop enviroments. It has one or two quirks, but at this point it

I would think that if all your markup goes to warehouse and employees (operating costs) and the membership is all "pure profit", there's not a lot of money left over for R&D or tech upgrades without hurting your own margi

I'm neutral on cushion shading, but I like the underlying property that you don't need borders to separate items. You can render many small items and not worry about a bunch of 1px borders messing things up. Same goes for shading

Huh, the house I'm living in was built with a $300k NSF grant. Though I bought it for $2k at auction (it's 220sqft). Funnily enough, also from U of M Crazy to think you could build at least 4 of these with the same amount of grant

I would really like to know what sort of traffic patterns that caused the detection. How would you accidentally mistake susam.in for a C2 server? Where are they sniffing traffic at to determine this?
