Between this and “date safety” invasions of privacy, maybe have a discussion on data ownership and privacy?

What does ATProto have that isn’t simply a hermetic barrier against heterodoxy? You have a protocol that makes it easy to concentrate the self-same toxicity it is trying to prevent.

Yes, the Iranian diaspora that has favored the end of the Carter Mistake. And Americans old enough to recall Carter’s disastrous loss of Iran.

That’s when you scale up the weaponry on Iran to make economics based attacks useless. What good is a cheap drone if the operators aren’t just dead, but wiped from the Earth? Assuming the drone hasn’t been destroyed too, it sits idle. Or

Then the US reserves the right to step to larger hardware and to remove ships that have YRMB oil.

The B60 was released but strictly on a B2B basis until a couple of months ago. The B60 dual, a much rarer bird, was scalped heavily enough to be unobtainable.

Not sure about the memory, but Xeon Scalable/Max ES/QS chips and their boards are still not horribly expensive. Prior to the crunch, you could have anything from 48-64 cores and a good chunk of RAM (128GB+). If you were inordinat

So does it have the same hermetically sealed qualities that other atproto implementations have (BlueSky)?

The B60 (and the dual edition) were an entire exercise in how NOT to launch a product. They let people have the B50 but only released the B60 late in the cycle.

Good to see that Intel learned to release product to more than just resellers. Now can we have a 64gb B70 that’s worldwide available and not marked to unicorns like the Maxsun B60 Dual model has been?

Explain how the US would even approach or even be made to forcibly accept the idea of bowing to another country, especially those three? They are not the average European country and do not behave like them.

Surprised to see X3D given the reports of failures. I’ve opted for a regular 9900x and X670E-E just to have a bit more assurance.

I still have my GX from the late 90s which managed to outlast my Metakernel equipped, overly rubberized 49G. If I were to dig it out, the serial cable too. And a printout of the sysrpl guide, it being quite thick of a print.

Fair enough. I can imagine regulatory hurdles that might increase it, but could imagine a potential light touch partnership to help things along.

Why 45k and not 33k, if we ignore the tariff issue? It being 33k would be a good thing, 45k would miss the point.

How would one reach $200 oil without some sort of price restriction inhibiting further increases? I can’t imagine anything going north of $150 without pitchforks and strong action to prevent and/or forcibly reverse increases.

For me, that’s the older(?) T15g Gen2. Maxed out a reasonable i7 /4k screen/16GB 3080 mobile configuration when SSDs and memory were dirt cheap. Feels like the old A31p in practical grunt but thinner and easier to maintain.

Aside from the memory cost being exorbitant, 4th/5th gen ES CPUs aren’t horribly expensive for the core count you get. 8480s and 8592s have been quite accessible. Stuffed an 8480+ ES with 192gb of memory across 8 channels and it’s actu
