I will happily replace any third party messenger I currently use with one that sends notifications to all my devices (like iMessage does). I haven't tried this with BBM yet but does anyone know of a third party service that would send

Interesting thought. I'd disagree only because I saw a video[0] where NY residents are not only threatening to destroy these art installs but charging people that want to experience it. [0] http://whatyouwrite.com/2013&

I would love to see that elusive budget cap implemented but if that were to happen, I would want to ease the technological limitations. Imagine the kind of innovation if you were free to do what you want up to a max of X million/year.

I've been keeping up on this and I don't believe it to be what Wired speculates (though I've seen those rumors myself). The generally accepted answer to this seems to be that the Redbull's engine (Renault) cuts half its

I no longer think "hey! awesome the government is trying to help us out" anymore when I read articles like this. I only think "I wonder what sort of benefits the government and associated business get because of this."

I've had tons of projects that I've started working on, really prototyping, only to move on to something else once I figured out it wasn't something I want to invest time in, so I know where Notch is coming from. I couldn&#x2

Not a risk I am willing to take, no matter how good the deal may seem. What is very sad (for me anyway since I only want The Sims) is that the Sims is available on Steam, yet there will not be a Steam unlock code for it.

I am really only interested in the Sims (I've never played any of them and am at least interested) which doesn't activate on Steam. It seems like you'd need to download Origin to get the game, which I am unwilling to do. I wo

I agree with this. I don't expect there to be much change in the US for another 30 years, unfortunately. Hopefully by then the technology to transplant my brain into a newer, fresher body is available. That way I can enjoy a truly free

What do you find that is different? I've never had a problem with type hierarchies or Find Usages in Java (not counting JSP - JSP support is terrible). For JUST Java, IMO Eclipse wins for me.

I don't think you can. The naive answer would be "how many lines of code does the person produce" but I'm sure we'd all disagree with that. I'd say as long as the person doesn't make the same mistake over and over and (maybe) doesn't ask th
