I believe the idea is nobody would willingly sign a contract that does nothing to benefit themselves so they must have been mislead into the agreement thus it is invalid. Sort of a rational actor theory of law.

One thing to keep in mind is that opioid drugs are not effective in the long term treatment of chronic pain. I don't know why these drugs are prescribed for that purpose to be honest.

Also the problem is in many businesses the person choosing the cleaning company isn't spending their own money. So if company A is more expensive but Company B will take more effort to onboard due to the fact they aren't familiar
