Internally, Google employees have quite a large incentive to NOT collect unnecessary data. It's a fundamental tenant. Don't collect any data unless it's for a specific tangible feature that benefits the user.

How many Chrome updates have you gotten that did not break your computer? Was your computer broken by this? My understanding is the rollout was stopped fairly quickly.

The Tesla truck will almost certainly beat them to mass market. Look how long it took Tesla to scale up production -- the Model S shipped in 2013. It wasn't until 2018 that Tesla built their 200,000th vehicle. Rivian hasn't yet sh

Eric was great. I always watched his town hall live streams. He's incredibly charismatic and always offered a lot of detail about his thinking.

Even with gas that cheap you're paying $0.06 per mile (30 mpg). At $0.2/kWh you're only paying $0.04 per mile.

You can get a 2 door 6ft bed Tacoma. It does have "back seats" but nobody's going to want to ride in them for more than 10 minutes. You can also get an F150 with just two seats and a 6.5ft bed. But yeah, physically, any picku

I have to agree with this. Some search is better than no search. Not everything can be censored and people WILL find information they are not supposed to find, just with more digging than in the rest of the world. Saying that Google should

I think you're right, and I bet Tesla will try to compete with the 5 series/E class and not the 7/S. Model S won't have to come down in price very much to fit in with 5/E. Maybe it will lack fit and finish, but it w
