I'm not a fan of LeetCode since it doesn't give much signal about the ability to do the actual day-to-day job. I did not pass the interviews at Amazon, Facebook, or Google because I don't "grind" LeetCode. I worked

In the near term, no. Long term, with appreciation, yes. The bonus is paid as equity, not cash. If the share price doubles, that bonus is $360K, not $180K. The hope is that you’ll be incentivized to stick around for the appreciation.

It depends on individual priorities. Some folks just enjoy stacking cash. If you can do that, and maintain the status of being a top engineer at a well-known company, why rock the boat? Additionally, it’s really hard to step away from solvi

What is the value of that information? When I’ve looked at older commits, I either want to know about the resulting code or the context (e.g., motivations, discussions). A fixup commit, or some other intermediate commit isn’t useful.

The best time to stop the fraudulent scheme was yesterday. The next best time is now. It's better the Tether market crash now than after it's grown even more. This will suck for the folks that lose money, but it was going to hurt

If you’re in a developed nation, the only issue with a wire transfer is the $25-30 fee assessed by most banks. That said, if you’re making a wire transfer, you’re probably spending $5K+, so $25 is nothing. Those in developing nations might
