The trick is to forgo ICANN scam and go with a ccTLD. With TRAFICOM (ex FICORA), it was a matter of filling a form. There could have been a small nominal fee but if there was, it must have been very low (under 100 eur).

Meh, western entertainment is already full of violence, torture, and murder. People get pretty good stomaching that, and I don't think it's very different if a video is real. As long as it's all happening away from you, peo

Depends on what you're looking for. Many of the best don't have their number in public, and they are not going to answer random calls from unknown callers because they're busy doing important or interesting stuff. But yeah,

I'd have to see a study or simulation. I can't take it on faith, because what I see is very many points where cars have to stop and yield. Multiple routes could just imply packing more cars into one ginormous intersection where

Thanks. That's a very nice looking keyboard. And I like that it's wireless! It's probably not something I would use unless I can find a way to make mod-tap more reliable for me ( https://news.ycombinator.com/i

The application knows what permissions it needs, and it can drop permissions once it has done early initialization that requires more permissions than normal operation. You, as a user, have a much harder time knowing. The point of this mec

Unreal also came out before HL in 1998. And I think it looks, plays, and sounds better. The only things HL does better is scripted storytelling and realism. Unreal is a game I enjoy today and will probably play again sometime this year; H

You just need a short enough timeout. Short enough that it's requiring essentially simultaneous keypress, and trying to type a word so fast would result in ew instead of we half the time.

Palm presses don't really work for me. If I need to type fast and comfortable, I need to float my wrists well above the keyboard, kinda like a pianist. It's impossible to palm press from that position. Actually lowering my wrist

Yep, I've played with these options. MOD_TAP_INTERRUPT is enabled (and arguably should be the default, because the defaults don't make sense). It helps but doesn't fix my issue.

I think lowering makes these unintended presses more likely; raising makes them less likely, but then I'm less likely to get a modifier when I want (because I type the combo too quick). I initially lowered it from the default of 200
