Seeing shit like this daily is holy demoralizing. Makes me feel like writing software for a living is a lost cause.

I didn't ask if you would. I asked that had you, would you want your name out there?

They probably don't care because it's not bothering the public yet. Just wait until there are thousands of hippos and they're a nuisance or people are getting killed. Then the public will be crying about the government doing

I also love how space battles are portrayed as taking place up close. Space is large. You'd surely depend entirely on computers for targeting and would never see the enemy with the naked eye at those distances. Makes for a boring movie

Like a weapon sight that only releases the hammer when the target is more than 90% likely to be hit. This should be a selector switch to disable if desired for free gunning.

In what universe are public tweets your private life?

I have a W541with a 4910MQ and haven't seen it throttle.

Is there evidence of others?

by clSTophEjUdRanu 7y ago
Evidence of anything would be scarce or nonexistent. It's Afghanistan. Would you want your name out there cooperating with the US when the Taliban is still around? Would you be comfortable with that?

Before that freeleech pick I had no idea any of that universe existed. I had no idea this genre even existed. Now I do.

Can someone explain how Assange's trial is unfair when it hasn't taken place yet?

I like owning firearms so I'm regularly told that I love dead children. Welcome to the club.

Would you ban Ken Thompson or Brian Kernighan from holding office? Age is a lazy argument, there are extremely ignorant young people too. America should just stop electing know-it-all, greedy people.

I get what you're saying but how does that help with small name or indie artists like Blank Banshee or Trevor Something for example? What you're suggesting is definitely feasible with the larger acts that have been around and have

I'm down that rabbit hole right now. The HBO series Chernobyl made me start up S.T.A.L.K.E.R. that's been sitting in my steam library for years. That game made me check out the film Stalker just last week and that made me pick up

Yep. Can't replace the passion of music lovers. I posted elsewhere in the thread about finding new favorite music just on a whim when it happens to be freeleech.

This doesn't get me out of my bubble. I'm a huge fan of cheesy synthwave and would have never known had Trevor Something - Death Dream not been a freeleech pick on w.cd years ago. Curation + association is the key.

I thought it was insightful. 4 and 5 are what made me boycott Amazon and shop at, gasp, Wal-Mart. Amazon might be surging now but they are eroding consumer trust with this BS.

It's nice to see it's a common thing. I deal with the same thoughts from time to time and I'm not a violent, angry, depressed, or suicidal person.

Yeah, then sprays the other 50 rounds over the rest of the village.

by clSTophEjUdRanu 7y ago
The A-10s cannon is overrated. Everytime I see it used most of the rounds miss the target. Targeting should be less dependent on the pilot IMO.

People protest everything. People a few towns over protested a wind turbine and won. People are even protesting the ITER fusion reactor.

I really don't understand the insane hype around ZFS. You can't read any thread that touches on filesystems without the ZFS zealots coming out.
