Nice project. A low DA capacitor Cf in parallel with the gain setting resistor Rf can average out more noise if needed. It can even deal with the mains noise if that remains an issue. Another potential improvement: addition of an optical ch

I had posted this a few years back but it didn't get noticed back then. Posting again because this video is exemplary in its clarity and it's a topic the HN crowd might like. This is also one of the best science education videos I

A lot of these cheap, portable sensors "cheat" in one way or another. E.g CO2 sensors that assume they'll be subject to open air once every few days, using that minimal CO2 value as a baseline. So while they give numbers whic

That brings the question: in order for a work to be copyrighted, does a human need to put "some" effort into generating that work (prompt engineering, tweaking knobs, etc.) or does it suffice to click a "generate" button

This is correct. Gyp came first, then Evan Martin built ninja as a faster make, then Brett Wilson built gn ("generate ninja") because Gyp wasn't intuitive or convenient for a lot of use cases. I don't know if Googlers ha

For regular ICs I put them in a test tube with nitric acid and heat it to extract the die. Then to image the die you'll need (in order of preference) an electron microscope, or a metallurgy microscope, or a regular bio microscope.
