Hi Chris! We all need better documentation/knowledge-base software/processes. I personally love workflowy, but have always admired the idea of gingkoapp. Have you tried to think about hierarchical data like gingkoapp? How about

100% this continues to be a problem. I want something like gingkoapp, but with the WordPress's new Gutenberg editor with the ability to add items on a "page" or down a node. gingkoapp.com But, for now I use workflowy.com for

Less important for us as b2b/enterprisey, but omni-channel support could potentially allow a tweet to be turned into a ticket associated with a customer... that could be beneficial. Not so much for the day job, but for some of the com

I agree and disagree. I need ticketing, but I'd prefer Front add it as an option to specific email accounts. sales@company.com - shared with sales team normal shared inbox support@company.com - "add ticket option" first.last@

As an OSX user, I’m jealous. I’m using Station right now, but this looks like a nice way to group apps/browser tabs together into different functional areas (work project 1, 2, home project 1, side project 1, 2) with different Sets.
