I recently left a startup that was in a similar situation, though I think they were alot more open about finding more investment (It was however always just around the corner). I'd advise you to leave now, especially if the founders/managem

I like your idea, but rather than a hard limit across the country it should be a percentage higher than the local market rates. Also if we are talking about temp working visas like the H1B, then the gov could remove the social security tax

I'm a permanent resident as well, and its never stopped me from getting swamped with offers once I place my resume up online. (My resume states I am a Green Card Holder). Perhaps its a geographic issue (I'm in the NY area), I'd also suggest

IIS 4 came out with the NT 4.0 option pack. IIS 5 came with Windows 2000. At 10 years old, I wouldn't call them modern.

Right now the biggest industry tool for building standard-based websites is still Dreamweaver from Adobe. Interesting to see if they will be quick to add HTML5 features to Dreamweaver to stay ahead of the curve, or try to protect the Flash

I think Apple has more to answer to here. Why can't they enable the voice controls and video capture on the old hardware with the update? Hardly think AT&T is to blame that you can't use features your phone is capable of using in the OS

I think $4k a month isn't overboard for 3 teenage boys, especially if you factor in school & health care. As for the Alimony, it depends, if the wife had stayed at home for the past 21 years to raise the children and has no skills/exper
