Gandi is by far my favorite registrar. I started moving my domains away from GoDaddy and to Gandi after CNET did interviews with several registrars to find out which were the most friendly to free speech: http://www.news.com/2100-1025_3-61

How would you define it? My definition of a hacker is someone who creatively and safely overcomes or circumvents limitations and enjoys the challenge.

The best fuel for me is having a healthy physical life away from the computer. I've noticed that being in good shape helps a lot when pulling long shifts on the computer. As far as beverages go, I usually drink more tea than water (mate or

One startup I joined was rejected by YC, and when we got the news the founder bought a car. This made it hard for me to take him seriously (and get paid) and I quit. This was a while ago and the startup still hasn't launched. I hope he succ

I use a heavily modified version of Case Tracker, a group of addon modules for the Drupal CMS. It's similar to other helpdesks (it's actually a fork of the project and project release modules that are used at drupal.org) and it's being exte

I use CiviCRM. It may not be perfect for you, as you seem to have decided on Highrise, but CiviCRM is perfect for me. Integrating it into my existing sites is a breeze. http://civicrm.org/
