Pretty close to how I feel. It's not about the money - it's about personal progression and impact for me.

Maybe my ignorance is showing, but I've felt like Apple has been the least involved major company of them all when it comes to community stuff. They feel so aloof to me. My impression is Microsoft used to be that way but is changing.

Being offended is not a condition imposed by another. It is a choice, and being offended is avoidable. My response to that student would be something like, "Isn't that great? Now you know how to repent." Might still warrant s

I'm surprised at how many people are agreeing with this article. I need a new phone soon, and all of my family members have iPhones, which is nice for group chat (maybe photo sharing too). I worry about getting an iPhone because I feel

In contrast, Walmart (where I worked as an intern this summer) is full of genuine kindness, bottom to top, as far as I could tell. I don't remember anyone saying a thing that was rude or harsh to me. Even higher ups seemed like cool pe

My first thought was: why are you helping people build the one of the worst UI components out there? Not sure where it should fit in the current UI? Oh just throw it in a modal, restricting the user's ability to interact with anything

It's nice to find a higher purpose in your work. If you are paid $10 and work worth $15, you're giving of yourself for others. Work is such a big part of life, it is good to go the extra mile and serve others while you're the
