The 9 game grid makes for an interesting game with two people, but the crowd tends to rush for the wrong move. I wish there was a way to explain that you don't need to dive on a move to block the other team as long as you don't le

The resolution is given by 1.22λ/NA. λ can be rounded to 500nm and the NA of a standard 20x objective is .4 giving 1.5µm. This is good because I was worried you caught me just making things up for the internet. A 40x with a .65 NA give

Edmund has good prices. That is probably your best bet in small quantities. One of the nice things about ball lenses is that they are made in batches, so large orders scale well.

I always submit bug reports, but I guess I do it for the wrong products. It sounds like MailChip is a solid company, and I have been thinking about putting together a newsletter....

An additional option is to avoid sites that use practices, or a business model you don't like. For example: I like the forecast from weather.com, but they are one of the worst sites I have seen, and heaven help you if you have your spe

This is exactly why the 2100x spec is a bad one. The 1µm resolution they claim is no where near as good as the resolution in the linked 2000x images here.

I think it is a great product, but the numbers are a little misleading. In microscopy the most important number is usually the resolution not the magnification, and 1µm is what you expect from a 20x objective. The 2100x specification doesn&

Legally you may be correct that it is not stealing, but at best you are altering a copyrighted work with out permission. Here there are a lot of web based businesses with money on both sides of the advertising game, so I will actually be

I love Ads. With out them I would have to pay for a lot of the services that I enjoy for free (like google). Some sites are worse than others, and I chose to avoid them rather than stealing their service as you are.

A lot of the reason I use Dropbox is that other people do, so I can share files and folders with it easily. They made a big advertising push earlier, especially in colleges, and got my lab hooked. Based on your recommendation I will look in

Are there any successful, self-taught lockpickers here? I have tried to learn a few times, and I think I understand the theory, but it is hard to put into practice. Every time I need to open a lock I don't have a key for, I still grab

The issue is that Apple's App Store limits the options for a software manufacturer. The App Store is attractive, but it does not give you a path to paid upgrades . They had to choose, and they chose this option.

The Model S is a great deal compared to similar cars, but this list is just silly. He is an economist that just goes through and picks the highest trim level of 9 different cars, and then decides to compare them based solely on cost to th

Is it legal to sell your iOS promo codes that way? I am sure that is against the terms of service, and to make matters worse those people won't be able to review the game in the App Store.

When I got my ticket in PA they had 4 marked cars on rotation pulling people over. Having one guy who is faster in front of you wouldn't help much. I don't think that situation is typical though.
