I don't know Mr. Mukerjee personally but I've attended a few meetups where he gave a technical talk and he's always been very mild mannered and approachable. I just can't take this article seriously. Sounds like the TSA

What is worse, a harmless facebook message on the CEOs wall or this exploit getting in the hands of malicious spammers.

Thats interesting, I've never had an issue with the homebrew installation. The readme details 1 or 2 lines to get everything set up for the first time. I suppose osx built-in installation may cause conflicts.

As much I like mattt's work, I dont understand, why is this needed. brew install postgres is just as easy and in my experience Postgres.app is not well maintained and uses an older version.

So many frameworks popping left and right for Go. Any thoughts on how this compares with something like Revel?

I've been using http://dropandload.com/ which does something similar. It's cool that this is open source.

I think learning is what keeps devs happy and interested in their job and that's a good thing. In my opinion, having a restricting mentality in the workplace will lower morale and lead to shitty code.

Couldn't agree more with this. The notion of an "85% rule" seems unnecessary as long as business features are being implemented regularly and by their target milestones.

Kind of agree with this, while it would be great to get your CS masters at such low cost, you end up missing out on the personal interaction/lifelong connections with other students. It would be nice if online students were able to go on ca

I've tried both Stripe and Braintree and in my opinion, Stripe is the clear winner. Their docs are well written and easy to understand. On-boarding is also quick and easy and doesn't require a lengthy approval process like braintree. Las

Also the chart only dates back 1 year... why not do a 5 year comparison? Oh right.. because Apple stock has outperformed AOL by a factor of 2 even with the recent 30% dive in market value.
