>built Chrome into the best browser available today haha what? Not even close to true. Chrome is a locked down money maker for Google. It is primarily a data-collection tool for Google. No way is that possibly the best browser available

I don't read science/tech articles from major news outlets for this reason. They NEVER link to the papers and I always have to spend a few minutes searching for it. This doesn't happen nearly as often on smaller sci/tech

Trust? They've loudly and proudly bragged about their bias. Anyone thinking modern Republicans have any morals is a fool just waiting to be tricked.

The Mediterranean is currently experiencing water temps so high it's killing off everything. It's so hot that it's not enjoyable to swim in.

It's also worth noting that while this is uncertain, it's likely an undercount. Our models are based on what we can measure. We're continually finding that we are under measuring. Chances are that children born today will fee

This is a very wrong take. Fabs run on data. It takes years to gather that data. Fabs can't just be repurposed overnight. Yields must be good, which takes data, equipment, etc which is all extremely specialized. Very ignorant take.

Conservatives did something kind of incredible. I'm in the PNW so I'll use timber and logging as my example but one can find similar stories in coal and oil. Conservatives used environmental causes as a means to distract workers.

GF is like a decade behind in research. Without years to ramp up and update their fabs they're not relevant.

GF is a few nodes behind. Micron doesn't make semiconductors, they mostly make flash and whatnot. TI doesn't have the capacity or knowledge to expand to Intel's size/capacity

That's not any better than what archiveteam is doing. They're brute forcing the URLs to capture all of them. So privacy won't really matter here.
