> I believe the reason for MCAS was because the had to lower and move the engines forward. So at lower power, the forward engines make the plane nose-heavy. When the engines are near full power, the lower engines push the nose up. Compou

The sensors should be on good bearings, in order to promote them moving freely. Them flapping around slightly won't provide much noise. Which is probably drowned out by all the other noise on an aircraft.

No. The tube leads to a pressure sensor. There's generally no actual airflow moving through the tube in use.

Angle of Attack cannot be inferred from ground speed and vertical speed. It's quite possible to have a massively negative vertical speed (10000 feet per minute descent), and have an Angle of Attack greater than 45 degrees. Angle of Att

Define "airspeeds approaching stall". You can stall a wing at any airspeed, if the angle of attack is great enough. And being able to tell if your angle of attack is great enough is the point of the AoA sensors.

1. Your first link is broke, as it merely takes you to the Quality Contribution round up. 2. It was the second part of said two part comment that advocated any of that, which was not well voted, and provided no support for anything in there

It's not fully charcoal (fully carbonized). Wood is mostly two compounds: cellulose and lignin. They undergo thermal decomposition at different temperatures. By partially burning the exterior, you decompose the cellulose, and when you

They do pump water from the sea for fire fighting. But you need piping to move the water from the sea into the ship. Pipes tend not to work well when they have holes in them. So you need to protect them, or have more than one, or both.

An average car company makes millions of cars. Probably millions of a given model. Cessna has made ~44k 172 Skyhawks. It's one of the most produced aircraft, and it's been in production largely unchanged since 1956. I think Tesla

Yeah. I expect the unit being used is 300 Watt-hours. IOW: (300 W h/mi 55mi/h) =16500 W, or 16.5 kW. Which actually sounds about reasonable, being 22 horsepower.

Looks like the study participants are fixed at the beginning of the experiment. People who move out keep their cash, people who move in don't get anything.

I think the "Corporate Services Provider" is a better fit. They would have a CPA on staff to sign off on the taxes.

You can use Curve25519 as a cipher. It's just fairly slow, like all PKC. It's something like 600k cycles for 32 bytes, while AES is around 30 cycles for 8 bytes.
