Most of it comes from the regular budget docs. Classified spending is only reported in aggregate. But most of the time, you could come up with pretty good estimates of how much a brigade of infantry soldiers costs, especially if you already

I'm not sure about FF internals, but if you want to stop the tracker bits from being sent, doing in the URL bar might be after the link gets sent to the server, in which case they still get the tracking info. So you need to rewrite it

GitHub provided private repos to everyone after Microsoft bought them. And I don't know why it'd require the repo to be public to do the pages...

Why would we have wanted to stop WW2? WW2 was an objectively good war for the Allies to fight (not that the Allies had a choice, as it only takes 1 side to start a war).

You're wrong on enough points that I'm unsettling to put in the time to refute all of them... But the easy one is: there are 490 F-35s built, with the next 3 lots buying almost that amount more, for less than it'd cost to buy

SSNs are not (yet) reused. There's ~900 million potential SSNs, we've run through half, and are using ~5.5 million a year, which gives us at least another half a century before we have to start reusing.
