Parking isn’t too much of a hassle in the outer burrows compared to Manhattan. Also lots of cars get driven in from outside the city, so presumably there were fewer of those during Covid.

Totally agree with this. The current AI wave is creating a lot of financial incentive to find ways to speed this up though. Interested to see if there ends up being a way around the TSMC / ASML bottleneck.
