I have never used Zed predictions but $20 for 500 prompts is quite a good deal. I use it mostly with Opus for some hard cases.

Zed isn’t just a text editor. It is the only working platform for code assistants. Neither Google nor Claude nor anyone can’t at the moment get right basic operations like file edits. Zed is flawless in co-operating with most LLM models. An

Reasonsbly small Go codebase works well almost with any LLM I had always designed very large projects as few medium sized independent Go tools and that strategy pays in times of AI assisted coding.

I use this analogy. In the early 90's I had been programming in assembler and sometimes in pure hex codes. I had been very good at that, creating really effective code, tight, using as little resources as possible. But then resources b

Try SDGLBL/mcp-claude-code or ezyang/codemcp. They are both very good (better then Claude Code in my opinion). Using aider is another option. Or Assistant in Zed. - diferent approaches but both very effective. https://g
