The most amazing thing about it: the photos. The photos are made with a cheap digicam with no lighting. I'm not saying this to complain, but to praise. That's because the photos prove (at least to me) that the project is done in someone's b

Mathematician here. Anyone care to clarify how he came up with 129,000%? That is, one-hundred twenty-nine thousand percent? I'm not good with numbers. Thanks in advance.

I understand what the leanback format is, but what is the placeshifting experience? Also: if you want to say thanks, just click the tiny triangle pointing up next to my name. That's how we give out happiness around here.

I don't know: can I use a thunderbolt port to chain monitors? About the dongles: in my use I usually take the laptop to the same places all the time, so I just buy the right cable (here it would be a thunderbolt -> hdmi cable i guess).

I find ethernet ports on laptops to be the most annoying port ever, since the ethernet plug is not robust at all. They break very quickly and you're left with an intermittent connection. If I use a laptop that I move a lot, I'll either use

I'm probably missing something: why have a HDMI port if you have two Thunderbolt ports? In fact, why not just have three Thunderbolt ports - even if one is only going to carry DP and not PCI?

I don't like the links you posted. It would be much better to find headlines which can be answered "NO" but, according to the text are answered "yes".

How about this: let a user enter a tag (#awesome, #sxswi) and your app trolls the tag's search results on twitter for videos. They get sorted by hotness and presented as a playlist. New things get added to the end.

feedback: those oblong shapes and the square images make your site ugly. Strongly suggest using a lot of golden ratio on everything. Really love your idea, I hope you stick to it.

The x86 and x64 have interesting hacks in the asm they generate. For example, thread switching is done not by a conditional jump, but by self-modifying code (there's some nops in the main loop, and they get overwritten with a jmp when it's
