Good point, and agreed, the time savings comparison is not the real problem. Upping the frequency of movement without interrupting work is probably the best long term path to preventing back and health issues for desk work. Studies are sh

I second the earlier comment that the best posture is your next posture. The problem has always been shifts interrupt work so they just don't happen often enough. We are working on something along these lines to support more frequent u

Agree, regular movement is key and even switching between sit and stand every 15-30m is not enough. We are working on an easy to adopt smart robotic chair along these lines to support more frequent useful movement without being as interrupt
