But it applies to the foundation Unity is built upon, as well: GTK has 1 person working full-time on it (me). Glib doesn’t even have that. I think evolution is in a similar situation (a complete email client). Also, compet

This is just one example of a general flawed concept and certainly beyond the scope of a "bug" that could be fixed within a week or two. I don't think we'll see a unified experience until Windows 9.

I got the same impression so far. Take the Metro Windows Update for example. It failed for for me repeatedly without giving any reason until I found the same functionality within the "classic" Control Center where I had to allow the system

The whole site is about giving money to people on Github. I'd usually agree that enforcing a certain other secondary login to sign up can be a bad thing, but for a product so tightly coupled with another service like this, I think it's okay

Couldn't agree more. At the company I work for, we tried both Phonegap and Appcelerator Titanium and it both was a total disaster. We're back developing native apps and both the development and user experience is just so much better.

Does anyone know how they analyze the apps to gather these statistics? I guess it's not trivial as it even works for obfuscated (proguard-ed) APKs and their database of libraries is quite comprehensive. Does this use some byte code fingerpr
