'Usually' but definitely not always. Account ID is also usually at the application level, while Message-ID originates lower, at the mailserver level. When the app posts something off to the mailserver, how is it supposed to get the Message-

One annoying thing is that some programs want you to separate different email addresses with semicolons and some with commas. It's another hassle to translate between those two conventions.

I wonder how effective the static remains over time. Does anyone have any experience with this? Otherwise it does look like a pretty good product.

In which case wouldn't the traffic overload issue be resolved? 1 request/min seems a far cry from ~130 requests/min, and quite a reasonable compromise.
