I think another intention of this is making it more difficult for people to keep those fake profiles.

Great job! Rich symbols (and their javascript api in general) are underutilized by users of Fireworks, great to see things like this coming out. Editing the different fields of a rich symbol in FW isn't a very good experience though, in ter

I'm saddened by this. They were my favorite web service and startup. Concur is probably going to shut the service down, or just freeze development on it. Nokia acquired Dopplr and they abandoned it completely, that's why I switched to TripI

Aldi Talk has 8e/1GB (although it runs on E-Plus which has spotty coverage outside cities).

He is actually correct. You don't need to SIM switch within Europe. EU implemented laws a couple of years ago limiting roaming prices, so it is actually pretty reasonable to roam within the EU. Check this wiki, it has a list of prepaid SIM

I think just 'Designer' is a perfectly good title in a small startup, considering all the different hats we end up putting on.

Good article, but they plagiarized Vignelli's quote (in the movie Helvetica) about 'I love you in' Helvetica Ultra Light and 'I hate you' in Ultra Bold without attributing him.

I liked the idea immediately when I saw the title :) UI suggestion: Try making the Jam button bigger and slightly more button-ey (even a 1px drop shadow would help), also maybe add a » too. Would make it clearer that it's a call to action.

I launched my MVP, Photosherpa. If you take too many photos and don't have time to go through them, you'd like it. You send all your photos to it, you get back only the good ones (so you can put them online right away). http://www.phot

I own one as well. Yes, lenses are expensive. But keep in mind this is a super new platform. I expect prices to go down in time, as there are new players in the market. Ergo, right now it's just promising :)

95% of the web pages out there (I totally made that number up) use 'px' to specify font sizes. Had we designers/developers been more sensible and popularized 'em', I wouldn't mind this. But I think this greatly undermines accessibility, and
