That is not true, A-GPS just speeds up the time to fix by supplying ephemeral data via a sidechannel. It just takes longer to receive via GPS if it is out of date or you have moved position considerately since last fix

And make sure to get a "cromargan protect"-named set. Just looked up "Vision" on amazon, it's expensive (12 persons set is 700£) :-) but still recommended, the more expensive sets have better steel and thinner blade

Which countries? I got a good set some years ago, from German brand WMF. Doesnt stain and it is scratch proof & nice. Also stays sharp and hasnt needed sharpening in 8 years. Edit: maybe the water scale/salt levels are different in
