Sorry landfill decomposition wasn’t my point but I didn’t clarify. My point was that paper can decompose more easily if/when it’s improperly disposed of/littered. It’s not ideal, but at least it will be gone in shorter time than p

Waste to energy programs, where exhaust is contained and not released into the atmosphere, is a viable means of disposal for many materials. Particularly viable for those which are oil based, like plastic, which are highly pollutive if not

People in the commodities business are used to this, it’s not as big a problem as you’d think. The bigger factor that makes recycling harder to justify is that it’s very easy and cheap to make new stuff.

There is a powerful (sub?)culture in the business world based upon proclaiming your company is sustainable. LEED is actually part of the problem in a way. The metrics are based on unimportant factors like “diversion” (meaning it was dumped

As many comments here point out - you are seen as a heretic for going against the 'recycling gods' in many parts of the world. That is certainly true in parts of American industry as well. U.S. kids have been conditioned since the

If my company is going to pay your legal fees, then they work for me, not you [sic] and I will reserve the right to fire them This the most logical comment on this thread. I can't believe people accept paying a VC's legal bills

Halo CE saved the Xbox and Halo 2 online pretty much solidified modern online FPS gaming. COD BLOPs and others are all built around the innovative party system, voice chat (I miss proximity voice...), etc. The open world tease bungie did pr

For a fun side project probably not, no. Anything past that (even a small scale beta) and yes $15 is quite expensive for what you are getting.

I've found that if I ever do a Facetime call on my 2015 ESC Macbook pro, my Airpods use the same terrible quality audio channel. Very frustrating to say the least!

I agree here - if you tie to revenu and get too expensive (to me, over $500-100 a month), I’d find the dev time to replace this before we “overpaid”.

I think your comment typifies the tribalism and faction-based shaming that OP was alluding to. Telling Republicans “there is no legitimate reason to vote Republican anymore” is not a logical argument that will win people over.
