Because the number of operations in a sort is bounded. You can perform any sorting algorithm without turning completeness because you don't need the while loop basically.

I'm just saying that implying that this feature would mean telegram start selling user data is nonsense. This is what the first comment was implying. Ofc telegram can sell user data like any other company, and may be doing it for month

Of course they could sell all your data to third parties. But it has absolutely nothing to do with this feature as the parent comment was implying. This feature involves no selling whatsoever.

That's nonsense. First, it's you who decide to use telegram to login to a website (as you would login with Facebook / google). Secondly, you see what informations will be shares with the website. Lastly, there is no money inv

Google reader, not really early days but I miss it very much. When they stopped it I couldn't find a good alternative and my reading habits changed, now I don't read as many blogs as I did.

There's a thing that bothers me with ICO, it's when people call it an investment. It has nothing to do with an investment, it's basically a presale for the service that the company will provide. It offers you nothing of wha

As a ISP, you don't want to do this. You're not responsible to what goes inside your pipes. Let the majors/govs do the work of spying and detecting piracy / illegal websites, and just answer to subpoenas, that will be en

While it seems obvious that autonomous driving is not a solution to urban transportation (cities are already crowded with cars), it can be a great one for long distance transportation. Roads are simple / cheaper to build than vacuumed

What you're describing is exactly the reason people use docker. No need to use ansible, or to manage interfaces if you don't want to, it just work out of the box, and you run just bash commands to configure it.

Yeah but blocking domain names is just pointless. They should go after the guys who run the site, or other things. I'm sure they can find way more effective means to stop pirate sites

It's amazing they don't get that they can't block the site by blocking the domain name, and that it will come back under a new domain each time.
