This rule has been changed in 2006, see the wikipedia entry. Also the double tax rule allows you to tax the win in the target country and not Germany.

It is fascinating. But looking at this guy condition, playing games would be IMHO not the prio. I would hook up the remote controlling to a robotic exoskeleton, for just be back and function normal. I guess that also can be detected ( inte

Could be! :) But only one reserve I have: the carts have to be powered for connectiviy and the electric unlock mechanism. So they could be more expensive. But then let's add an ad screen ( E-Ink! ) on the front inside and have this sol

Nah, too complex. Just use BLE with an app and this will unlock the cart. Very low friction and it does the cart <-> customer matching. And make usage of carts mandatory ( door will not open.... )

An interesting point. How about the universe kept starting and collapsing/crashing in an infinite loop until by chance the electron and the proton had the exact charge and the universe as it is now could go beyong the initial stage and

That is a very interesting idea: to build small tunnels / raise along the side walk/streets for small robots/drones. It even does not need to be a tunnel: a covered trench, 50cmx50cm , would do the trick.

To be honest, I find JIRA + Confluence(+ lets say Gitlab) a strong memex system. You can link everything very easily, the software is happy to create the links for you as well. Adding Gliphy as well ( for charts and other usages ).

Not from what I know. The high energy costs are due to a effective and possible felt scarcity which occured at the beginning of the war in Ucraine. The energy companies are now planing to reduce the costs with as much as 25% from next month

Actually the biggest blow was not the energy costs, but the interest rates. They went from 1-2% now at 4-5, even 6% for real-estate ( new building and old ) while the prices are still at last year level. For other types of financing, I had
