I mean... bitwarden has passkey support already, so your not really beholden to google/microsoft etc for storing and generating keys as well so your not just stuck to using the MS Windows or Apple storage :S

I don't understand how they're doing such fast updates on eink, is this just because its doing super small partial updates? Also based on the chinese site the 13" is only 12$?

Haven't gotten to test it but given i use CoreML on Comfy, i wonder if we'll see more optimizations and performance work on the back end of these platforms as more useful frontends come out. the 1-4it/s on a 512 image is just

I mean the fact SD has shown its possible just means that other research groups can also use the same concept... Someone on Reddit was actually pointing towards a model thats more narrow in scope to SDXL but that was trained by a single guy

Nope and this is just the beginning imagine a year from now or once the people that bring us LCM and controlnet and ipadapter start looking at the possibilities, not to mention fine tunes on turbo.

I'm sorry ... WHAT! I pay attention to the SD on reddit and no one saw this or somehow it got swept under the rug somewhere lol... Thats insane! I wonder if SDXL Turbo + LCM will be a thing, to get to realtime generation

Ya the M* Macbooks are a order of magnitude faster than the old intel boxes. I really have to say after moving to a M3 Macbook from Intel jesus its smooth, and the battery feels like it never goes down.

Hackernews really does seem to be heavily capitalist, and anti-opensource when it comes to the comments section at least.

The story on peertubes site isn't directed at the "i want to find and watch interesting video" crowd, it's for the "i want to run a site where people can watch videos, but i hate big monopolies" crowd

I don't think i've ever agreed more with someone on here. I'm really not sure if its a case of UX/UI and art people not being willing or not seeing the demand in the FOSS community or FOSS communities to seek out those p
