AMP versions have their own meta tag. <link rel="amphtml" href="AMP-URL"> It's not very well documented.

Part of AMP is caching on Google's servers (and others). That can't quite be done individually.

Out of curiosity - isn't an economy more diversified (and thus stabilized) by having both manufacturing (which benefits from a low $CAD) and oil (which benefits a high $CAD)?
