This is the first time I’m seeing that. It’s so beautiful. It’s elegant. I can understand it. Why can’t the world move in that direction, instead of the insane Kubernetes hype that’s prevalent these days?

Tell me about it. I'm Brazilian, a country where the vast majority of people will have at least two last names (typically one maternal, one paternal, but not uncommonly multiple from either or both parents), separated by spaces. I&#x

I wish we had stats on it though. Just my anecdotal observations, but I see tons and tons of cars on the road every day, and maybe a couple of them do those things. Whenever I spot cyclists though, I can pretty much count on them doing some

Yeah, I was referring to outright illegal behavior. I really dislike the "rules don't apply to me" attitude - seems so entitled. On the rudeness aspect though, I do find cyclists in general pretty rude. I've even seen cy

Exactly. I found it very dishonest that the author is trying to imply that what happened to Tay was due to developers being biased.

Same. I just wrote in another comment in this thread that I hate spending hours at Home Depot searching for tools and parts. I find the whole world of home repairs hard to navigate. I watch a video on YouTube on how to repair X, and they ta

Yeah, we’re at opposite ends of the spectrum here :) I hate all that stuff. I hate spending hours at Home Depot trying to find the right parts and tools to do things. I just hate dealing with hardware in general.

True, but from my perspective moving is a small, point in time hassle that you go through every couple years as a renter, as opposed to a lifelong stream of issues that you have to deal with as a homeowner.
