There might be a better word than "crashing" when describing airline computer systems malfunctioning. Nevertheless, was happy to hear it wasn't a plane.

I wonder if anyone has worked on a Prelude replacement which has these replacements (along with renaming functions where appropriate)...

stack uses cabal underneath, but your point stills stands that cabal has been historically hard to use.

I like the prototude prelude replacement for its lack of partial functions and toS function to do string conversions

Great idea! I'm no UX expert, but here are some nit picks 1. The font on the verify screen with the numbers made my eyes spazz out. Keep the numbers horizontally aligned 2. The little icons above the event details would probably be bet

If you want multiplayer with the ability to join the game at any time check out Zandronum (zandronum.com) As for Quake 2, Yamagi Quake II is the best (yamagi.org/quake2)

If you like stories like this, check out the movie Sicario for a very eerie telling of cartels and the police.

Depends. I've had a Samsung U28D590D ( http://www.samsung.com/us/computer/monitors/LU28D590DS/ZA ) since October 2014 with a Radeon HD 7970. Only until kernel versions 4.2-4.3 and xf86-video-ati 1:7.6

Very cool! I've had a Petnet (www.petnet.io) feeder for a few months now and I never want to go back. Dispensing small quantities multiple times a day has made my cats inhale-until-instant-vomit issues go completely away.

Take this one step farther and factor out the prose and use something that is aggregate-able. e.g. Started POST /friends/import -> post.started./friends/import Why this approach hasn't taken off is baffling.

If Facebook hadn't existed (nor any other high profile social network) I wouldn't have been invited to half the social events I've attended. Thus, I have a lot more friends than I did. Some data.

I met John briefly at a Haskell hackathon a few years ago. I was impressed then, and ever since I keep seeing his name pop up (pipes, now emacs). Happy he's steering my IDE of choice!
