I'll throw in a word for git-fat[1]. It works great and has a dead simple implementation that actually has a real copy of the file in the working copy of the repository (as a posed to symlinks). https://github.com/cyan

I respect your business perspective about slow growth early on, but.. It's fucking virtual reality! I don't think there's any doubt that developers would be flocking to this with or without the acquisition.

Most block the loading of the url that contains the ad content. The website owners rarely host the ads they're displaying. In that regard, it's very easy to detect if someone is using AdBlock or not.
