I did! I used to work at Netlify heh. I liked it but it was a bit too clunky for what I wanted (I admit I haven't tried it since Decap took over though).

I feel like this is very much a political tweet more than a technical one, there's incredibly valid cases (as seen throughout this thread) for not using a framework, and it's a pretty broad generalization to make.

I got one of these on the Kickstarter and for building key fobs and garage doors, it's been awesome. There's definitely room for growth but I'm happy with it so far!

Organization is a huge one that we see at Clarifai (I'm an engineer there). We do photo recognition based on neural networks and deep learning, and a lot of our customers have a TON of user-generated content that's hard for them
