I'd argue that there is far more American infiltration of Canada's political, legal, industrial and trade base that the internet, the one thing that could be cut off from America overnight, should be a distant afterthought.

That's just rust culture there is no changing it at this point. How many tools are new users exposed to in the first hour of the language? 'rustup -> rustc -> cargo -> random nonstandard crates, toml, git' (and then

I haven't read enough Marx to see the thread between PE and a firetruck not being maintained properly or tested before use. It's a good thing that profit margins for manufacturing have increased, it's a bad that cities don&#x

It's like asking someone to deadlift a dresser and move it to another room, even though they have a dolly right next to them. Should they be able to? It depends. Should you expect them to? No, that's just odd.

You sound exactly like an enforcer of the cultural problem the GP was talking about. Group think is healthy in small doses, but overdo it and it kills the group. It's simply not on a new user to understand whatever group interpretation

Books are more of a unix thing no? I know microsoft had is kernel series but most people used MSDN CDs. Probably for the best that books are going away, kids these days tend to turn them into their entire personality and keep alive bad idea

What an odd idea. You should always write your own code whenever possible, that's how we get better things. It's not my job to make the standard better or to force a bad standard, it's your job to make the standard the obviou

I don't understand this business model. It's like SRS apps or duolingo. What do people call paying for the promise of success when you know you lack the ability to deliver results? It's half way between the gym membership mod

The bigger problem is that you often end up using more functions, worse algorithms or higher algorithmic complexity, creating your data structure at runtime, since the only datatype you have are arrays. It's similar to the problem with

It's odd that whenever someone discovers a way to generate value from public noise, costs already paid, that they feel like they are being stolen from even though PPP for the average person will rise due to AI, not fall.

Cuba is a Criminal state, the smart ones already left for America several times, 10% of the population in 2022-2023. So many false tears shed for doing a 100th of what the Cuban government has done to it's own people. Iran, the Houthie

That's a nonsensical statement, a language cannot warn you, only a compiler can (-Wcast-align). The compiler can also decide what is and isn't an invalid pointer, this way the language avoids leaky abstractions.
