At some point, yes. They are aren't playing by society's rules (committing three felonies) and should be removed. If you have two felonies, perhaps don't rob trains? Most three strike laws have to do with violent crime though

I saw a bold jumper [1] a few months ago and it was truly beautiful. It was quite large, black and white, and had iridescent mouthparts. It really felt like coming across a shiny Pokemon IRL. 1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki

I second Andres Ng's stuff (deeplearning.ai) and also Karpathy's [1]. Those both get you familiar with neural nets from the ground up. 1. https://karpathy.ai/zero-to-hero.html

As a software engineer, I disagree. Caveat, I haven't studied traditional ML and just went straight to DL. There is a lot of jargon and you do have to sit down and learn how things work, but once you do, deep learning is fairly simple.

Exercise is generally part of a weight loss plan but diet (e.g. cutting out carbs, sugar, not drinking calories, intermittent fasting, etc.) will be the biggest contributor. Running for an hour burns a surprisingly small amount of calories.

I simply test on my target systems. Additionally, I don't write contrived shifts and obvious overflows and math with integer size discrepancies and pre and post increments.

That felt like a waste of time for a "gotcha" post. The author must be very smart™. C has undefined behavior, got it, I probably have a pretty good intuition for how common compilers implement it though.

I got an HSK 1 deck on Anki and it has audio and the pinyin has tone marks so I am learning pronunciation. It is also giving me grammar structures in the first week that Duo didn't in months. I truly feel Anki is better and that Duo is

I don't even remember why but I am never buying Samsung again. Was it a TV I owned that died? Was it a washing machine that had some small failure and required a whole board to be replaced? I honestly do not remember but I won't t

On the other hand, barbells are great until you realize you're missing some critical stabilizer and that is why your shoulder or glute has been hurting for years. Then you would kill for a cable machine.

Please no. I switched off Ubuntu because of Snap. It always caused problems with Firefox. It would update it in the background, which would cause it to silently break. I switched to the apt source of it but when I reinstalled just opted for

LA has extremely dysfunctional housing policy. A wave of immigration does nothing but increase demand for housing and drive up prices on rather limited stock. It has not lead to an increase in housing stock or better commercial districts. A

This is something the computer security industry is great at [0][1] that the software industry really needs to catch up on. I would love a weekend to week long course on writing an SMT solver, building a 2D game, training a neural net on cu

This happens to me fairly regularly. Best way to describe it is a mashup between those step-off-the-curb dreams in light sleep where you jolt awake and a gunshot being stuck in your head like a song.
