Your debt is losing value at the rate of inflation, and you are paying less than the rate of inflation for that debt. If I'm paying 2.9% on -800k and that -800k is inflated away at 8.6% then I'm making 5.7%.

I hate Amazon until I try to use anything else. I hate the ads in search, that is not what search means to me. If I search 5.11 pants and buy the first thing I see, I won't get 5.11 pants. It feels like the cheap Chinese brand for anyt

I don't see any 15 dollar heavy cream at Whole Foods via the Amazon app. The 365 brand is 4 dollars. Highest I see is 6 dollars. This is in Los Angeles. Changed my zip to 94105 which is the most expensive zip in SF and I still don'

Technicalities of the language matter with respect to laws. To the second point, that sounds like a failure of the government to provide clean energy. In Los Angeles, we get 16% of our energy from coal and 28% from natural gas. I do not bla

I thought the plug was good. I'm looking to start a startup soon, so I've been consuming a lot of this type of content. The topic is echoed among a lot of VCs right now, the charts were nice, and it tied into the app plug well. I

The whole reason I wanted to take up camping was to understand what I can eat in an emergency situation. Now I own a camping stove, a few fuel canisters, some boil in bag rice, and a few large cans of plain freeze dried chicken and beef. Ad

We do that for pharma companies. [1] The system you purpose is not a loss some times, it is a system that can be abused all the time. Who says landlords aren't losing money? I am currently taking a loss. Two units are rent control at 6
