There are certainly some good points about some statements Carr has made that seem to be pushing at the limits of what the FCC actually has purview over, but the contention that Carr is "the most direct and sustained threat to the Firs

I feel like this is less a "Teslas don't work for police" as much as it's a "a small luxury mid-range sedan doesn't work for police". Like, of course it doesn't? Later in the article, it praises the F

Starlinks are being dropped for free by volunteers all over the Helene disaster area. They were being blocked by having to setup payment, so Elon made it free in that area to unblock them. This is an absurd article, the people who need Star

I don't think the MP3.com case is a good comparison, because copyright law is adjudicated on the output being infringing material, and in the case of MP3.com, the output was the exact songs they were storing. That's a much more

Listening to the ATC recording, I feel like the real problem is that they didn't explicitly say "hold short" (which means "wait right before the runway on the taxiway"), like they do in the US. If you say that phras

What you described is entirely fair use, actually. Not only that, look at a few news articles from Tier 2 and down publications, and you'll realize that almost all of them are directly sourced from NYT and others. They'll say &quo

The Castro example doesn't really fit here. That would be an assassination of a foreign national, not a domestic assassination like in Rabin's or Abe's.

It's not actually the same model. ChatGPT uses InstructGPT, which is davinci-003 with added RLHF training, which makes it a lot better at instructed tasks.
