I use the mobile web. It's better than the app, and switching to chronological is easy.

I agree with you and as far as I am concerned, Twitter was broken pre-Musk. Not sure it's fixed, but it is better. Where better is closer to real free speech. BUT I hold this view while also loathing Musk's general behavior and pe

That's an easy thing to say. The harder thing is what system should replace sprints, and why is it better?

Hard to say. Are there published comparisons to affluent humans driving relatively new cars manually?

I don't understand why you are appealing to authority while earlier pointing out the GM ignition switches that killed 124 people. If authority are a valid judge of safety, why didn't they act on the GM ignition switches earlier?

Ahh good to know. I definitely equated "anti-trust" with monopoly. I agree it is anti-competitive.

Yeah I understand. The hard part for me with Mastodon is I have broad/diverse interests, but so many servers focus on specific topics. And I especially like FinTwit stuff, but the fediverse directories don't even have a "fina

In what way does anti-trust apply? How is Twitter a monopoly?

This is tricky. I appreciate the decentralization. But there are advantages to a monolith I suppose, like search and discovery.

I agree. I'm a libertarian and was glad to see Elon exposing the subjective and left leaning prior Twitter censorship policies. But... I also loathe Elon's sociopathic nature, and was waiting for the other shoe to drop with Twitte

It's funny you mentioned "yellow pages". The Yellow Pages were ads. Really just like a search engine. If you paid, you got a big, prominent listing in your category (or others). Otherwise you were relegated to the tiny alphab
