i would have had to drywall the entire garage (which is pretty large) including ceiling in 3/4" fire-rated stuff which is a lot heavier. What a pain. So I just walled right around the battery a little closet instead.

it's ridiculous. unless I'm missing something, they basically have this entire fluff piece of a privacy policy, data control, deletion, etc, and then just keep your genetic info after deletion for sale to the highest bidder /

I've been dealing with their support trying to delete my data. Here's the latest response [1]. The way I read it, they won't delete your genetic data, and it sure seems personally identifiable to me. Am I reading this wrong?

it's easy to delete your account and "data", but their policy claims they keep a bunch of it around. I just emailed their privacy email address to find out if they can provide more information.
