I don't think he was being sarcastic, and the key has to go somewhere on the keyboard. You can't just put it anywhere else. And it wasn't a problem before, when it popped up a menu you could dismiss easily. And I never hit it

I agree with you, but I guess it is interesting seeing how someone who hasn't done talks before would approach the issue. I certainly imagine that if he does another writeup after doing lots of talks it would be very different.

I remember finally finding the docs for all these different formats, and I wrote a program that would analyse all the files in a folder, and tell you what format they were, and what files were in them. I was so happy when I got that working
