You're most likely incorrect, the post is almost certainly written with AI. It has all the tropes.

I don't really want to discuss politics off the bat of my purely 'for your information' comment, but I think you're grossly misrepresenting Ezra Klein's worldview and not listening to the nuances of his opinion, and

I am creative and have released music with a large listenership. The other person in my original comment is a designer by trade. Anything else dismissive you’d like to say or do you enjoy leaving snarky comments?

Let me tell you, I wish I was paid by OpenAI, but unfortunately I get paid a very average wage in a country where OpenAI do not operate. You can look at my account history and see that there is absolutely no indication that I am paid for, o

Anecdotally, I forgot multiple times that I was watching AI generated content, and my partner tuning in and out of it asked me a few times if we were watching the demo (as opposed to the real video). We are both pretty sensitive to slop too

Out of curiosity where in the desert do you hike and where would you recommend? I have a particular attraction to being in the American desert but never have hiked it properly.

If you're analyzing a code snippet, sure, makes sense. But have bullet points of long sentences is just serving to distract the audience from what you're saying.

I watched this years ago and really enjoyed it. One of the main lessons I took from it is basically, have almost 0 text on your slides. You should not be reading your slides, the audience should not have to read your slides. The slides shou

I do admit your post had some apparent substance to it (at least from my naive perspective), but that substance is really diminished when it's passed through an LLM. I think something is lost when someone's unique writing is '

It does worry me how defensive people can become over really obvious slop - I don't think I'm even particularly attuned to the style of LLM writing but it is incredibly obvious every time I see it. It's only going to get wors

I don't want to call you out unnecessarily, but your writing heavily smells of LLMs. edit: looks like i'm not the first person to notice this either regarding this poster. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=4427

Is this really a useful argument? There is clearly potential for AI to solve a lot of important issues. Anybody saying "and has this cured x y or z?" before a huge discovery was made after years of research isn't a good argum

I’ve only been on twitter for a year and at the start my algo feed was full of awful crap, but after I followed a few good accounts I mostly now just get AI focussed tech stuff. I think your experience isn’t universal.
