   In London, England, I think the modal average is £40,000–50,000 (that's about $65,000–80,000 in US dollars). Entry level is about £30,000 (US$48,600). This is just based on my own experience looking at job ads. My impression might be skewed

   But you do now know about it. People telling each other about a hidden feature (via HN or whatever) is a common and valid way for non-essential features to be discovered. If you designed UIs assuming that that sort of user-to-user education
