Which is the justification for pay-per-impression ads. Grandparent says that they are sorry if they are pay-per-impression; what difference does blocking or not make though if they're pay-per-click, and they never click?

As far as I remember, Firefox only supports H.264 on Windows. So it's not quite supported by all browsers.

According to Wikipedia, original SimCity is available on Wii (virtual console) and iOS, and 2000 is still available on PSN. Hardly abandoned. And playable without an internet connection is far from "available for free".

Yes. Also, the MacRumors version shows all the data, which can be really revealing. For instance, the progression of cycle length on the Mac Pro vs other products.

I also learned to type with my index fingers on F and J (I think it's quite standard, given the typing classes I took and the little nibs on my keyboard), and I've always been fine with HJKL. What's the problem you have with it, exactly? It

You're (probably) either not on Chrome (which blocks mixed content by default), or HTTPSEverywhere changes that feature (since blocking mixed content breaks a lot of websites' https version)

Yes, if it's in one of the supported formats (Theora and H.264 iirc). You can also just open the (local) video in a tab to view it.
