My first assumption was it’s just an OS for installing on a little computer like a Raspberry Pi, for plugging into a TV or monitor via HDMI. But you’re right it’s unclear, this bit of the intro seems to imply you could install it straight t

Can't run the demos on my M1 Mac - I can't find the #enable-unsafe-webgpu flag in chrome://flags. Anyone know a workaround? Or is it just not available on Apple Silicon? Edit: I didn't read it properly - the flag is

Software that is free for “non-commercial” use doesn’t really get anywhere. It’s a naive proposition. It is not simple drawing the line between non-commercial and commercial activities. Things that are non-commercial can easily slip into co

I agree, and it’s frustrating how refresh rate is often buried in the specs. If you haven’t seen it, here [0] is a monochrome e-ink monitor that you can actually watch videos on, just about. For working with documents it looks totally viabl

The ghosting is what’s not OK. Ghosting a candidate after receiving unpaid take-home interview work from them is doubly bad, that makes them grifters in my book. Tell us who it was so we can avoid them. There’s nothing inherently wrong with
