It sounds like those XML files are already there when you install the windows or mac version. Why don't you just open them up and edit them by hand?

I agree that this doesn't work well around Boston. My opinion is that the fluidity of traffic, ie. lane changing, doesn't break down at low speeds in Boston. If you let a cars length open in front of you it will fill up with a car. I ten
